Ryan & Vasek Development is a real estate development firm that was founded in 2023 by Tim Ryan and Henry Vasek. Located in Houston, Texas, we specialize in urban infill and mixed-use development. We leverage our unique experiences, skill sets, and networks to produce quality real estate assets in an efficient manner. Tim Ryan
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University. He has worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for National Appraisal Partners, applying industry standard methods to determine the value of commercial properties. He has also worked as a land developer for Toll Brothers, being involved in the planning and development of land for residential subdivisions. He also has experience managing and renovating personal rental properties in the College Station area.

Henry Vasek
CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He has over 7 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, having worked as a structural engineer for 5 years and as a project manager for 2 years. As a structural engineer, he designed buildings, provided construction administration services, and performed structural site inspections. After that, he worked as a project manager for InTown Suites, where he ran the capital construction renovations programs for 43 of the company’s 196 properties.
